Randall Gray, President / Chief Directing Officer


Randall Gray is a multi-award winning actor, director, writer and producer who has authored numerous theatrical productions as well as television and motion picture scripts.  He has worked in the world of fine and performing arts for forty- three years, has directed over 120 major theatrical programs around the world with his primary focus being the Los Angeles area.  He has worked with some of the industry’s most prominent actors, directors, producers, agents, and marketing representatives.  He is a respected recording artist and has performed vocally on multiple tours, as well having offered his voice to numerous pre-production vocal scores.

Dr. Gray was also formerly a prominent voice and theatrical critic for the world-wide recognized Yahoo website as The California Theatre Critic.  He enjoyed the pleasure of over 150,000 readers of his column, and reviewed numerous theatrical programs each year in the Southern California area.  As an actor Dr. Gray has had the pleasure of numerous quality roles, with the highlights of his performing career having included Jean Val Jean in Les Miserable’s on a European tour, The Phantom in Phantom of the Opera, and Tavia in Fiddler on the Roof.  He holds an Associate’s degree in fine arts, a Bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in performing arts, a Master’s degree in Interpersonal Communications as well as a double doctoral degree in Psychology and Theology.

As past and present educator of Masters Level Acting Classes for both youth and adults, he is a professional casting agent, with a focus on mandating that the appropriate person holds the appropriate role so as to best communicate to the audience the power of each and every role, none of which are small in his opinion.  This is part of the reason why he is well known and often requested to teach "Team Casting" classes at the Director's Guild and Producer's Guild. He is also well known and respected as a professional photographer, having had his photos appear in numerous magazines, web-sites, as well as professional performance and performer photography needs.  He is perhaps best known as a man who enjoys working the background sides of theater with a desire to help every performer, director, and program shine with a brilliance that gives the respect and dignity to a quality program that it deserves.

It is both his great joy and overwhelming passion to work with the future of the entertainment industry, which is why his role as the President and Executive Director of the Actors Coalition Network of Los Angeles means so very much to him.  The young men that he is honored to work with are true inspirations of what tomorrow can and will bring when true dedication, personal respect, and intelligent choices are present.




Janean Gray, Secretary

Janean has been intricately involved in the world of professional management and leadership for many years starting her career at the Indiana University School of Medicine and working with such prominent companies as The General Motors Corporation, Hospital of the Good Samaritan, The City of Hope, and Kaiser Permanente where she was intricately involved with the establishment and opening of a new hospital in Baldwin Park, CA.  She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Education, she serves as communications liaison for international correspondence between global businesses.  She has also served as editor and publications liaison for local playwrights in Southern California.  Her dedication to mastering those fields in which she serves has led her to an internationally recognized excellence in leadership and representation.  She is the owner and senior publicist of Joyce J Publicity for the Theatre.

Jacob Huey Correa is a dedicated individual who not understands the value and importance of what the Actors Coalition Network of Los Angeles offers, but desires to give back, not only to those within the company, but to those within the community. A young film maker, Jacob has a passion for the stories of peoples lives, and believes that honoring those stories with film and writing is one of his best ways to help change the world for the better.
Christian Medina Morales is a man on a mission. Being an individual who knows all too well how life can often cause more pain than it can joy, Christian is determined to find ways of helping others learn how to cope, thrive, and move forward, as he does himself. He serves on the Actors Coalition Network Donor Board, as he understands that the company and its leadership is dedicated to helping make the future stronger for all, and desires to be a part of that change.
Joshua Rehfeldt is a young actor and film maker with a passion for the story. A California State University of Fullerton graduate, Joshua sees that the education, mentorship, brotherhood, and collaborative artists opportunities with the Actors Coalition Network of Los Angeles are beyond valuable. He believes in what the company is doing, and desires to be a part of the change we are doing. As he presses forward in his own career within the entertainment industry, Joshua has aligned himself with us, believing that this is the kind of effort that can only help make him a better person, as well as those we serve.

Kristopher Dowling - First Vice President (Marketing/Social Media)
Kristopher is a Shaksperean trained actor and film maker with a passion for high quality text, intelligent plots, and poignant dialogue.  His desire is to affect and change the world around him by raising the bar of entertainment and encouraging those who encounter his work to think seriously about the issues in life that far too many today prefer to just ignore.  A truly genuine and dedicated individual, Kristopher brings a strong and growing knowledge of the marketing and social media market to our board that is both much needed and greatly appreciated.
Michael Baszler - Second Vice President (Ethics & Donor Board Co-Captain)
Michael is a professional actor, model, and personal trainer.  He brings a very strong attitude and commitment to our program leading the Ethics Board, and personally specializing in Business Ethics, offering both guidance and instruction to our associate members that is valuable to all levels of their lives both in the entertainment industry and outside of it. He also serves as Co-Captain of the Donor Board, helping to guide greater growth for the company.

The Actor's Coalition Network seeks to impact the entertainment industry worldwide through live performances and film productions. We believe the truth of the actor's performance has the ability to affect people on an emotional and psychological level, and in doing so changes their perspective on life. 


We are commited to pursuing art for the purpose of impacting people positively through film, live theater, music, dance, writing, spoken word, etc.
